Perfect for meetings, training sessions, workshops, presentations, focus groups, and table reads, the room accommodates up to 20 people. The layout features a large modular conference table with sliding chairs, complemented by a whiteboard for brainstorming. A kitchenette with a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, and spring water dispenser provides added convenience. While the room is private, it is not soundproof, ensuring a comfortable setting for discussions and presentations. Technology includes a 75-inch television with a Mac Mini, video conferencing camera and software, and high-speed Wi-Fi, making it ideal for hybrid or virtual meetings. The room’s design incorporates large windows, allowing natural light to flood the space, and boasts 10-foot ceilings in a historic building for a truly inspiring environment. Refreshments can be provided upon request, and complimentary coffee, spring water, and sparkling water are available. Restrooms are conveniently located nearby, and the room is available daily from 5 AM to 10 PM.

Conference Room Cleaning Policy To ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and staff, our conference room is cleaned and sanitized following strict hygiene protocols. Our cleaning procedures are aligned with health and safety guidelines to minimize risk and provide a safe environment for your meetings and events. Pre- and Post-Event Cleaning: The conference room will be thoroughly cleaned before and after each booking, with special attention to high-touch surfaces such as tables, chairs, light switches, doorknobs, and AV equipment. Disinfectants approved by health authorities will be used for all cleaning tasks. Ongoing Sanitization During Use: Hand sanitizers will be provided at key locations within the conference room for guests to use throughout the event. We recommend guests clean their hands regularly and maintain physical distancing when possible. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Disposable masks and gloves are provided. Shared Equipment: All shared equipment, including the whiteboard, remote controls, and any technology (e.g., microphones, video conferencing tools), will be sanitized before and after each event. Guest Cooperation: We ask that all guests follow public health guidelines during their visit, including any local COVID-19 restrictions or recommendations.
