General Rules

Guests agree to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Guests will provide an email address to which the agreement will be sent. *HOUSE RULES* 1. NO loud music during quiet hours. Guest is held responsible for all fines issued by City of Indio caused from noise violations related to their reservation ($1000 per occurrence, billed to booking guest). 2. Quiet hours (9 PM - 8 AM weeknights), (10 PM - 8 AM) Friday - Sunday. 3. No smoking/vaping on property (smoke monitors present). 4. Booking age requirement 21+ years. 5. Max guests of 15 guests on property at all times. *POOL/SPA* NOTE: The pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time. **Pool and Spa heat available October - March for extra charge of $100/day** (Pool heat =86 degrees/Spa heat = 103 degrees). **Pool and Spa heat must be selected for entire reservation or none at all. **Pool/Spa heat must be paid in full 48 hrs before checking in (takes time for the pool to heat)

Our property is professionally cleaned inside and outside. Our employees always wear gloves. Our equipment is disinfected regularly throughout the day. Sanitized, fresh rags and mop heads are used at each property.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
