Our cosy yet versatile cafe is the perfect spot for intimate gatherings, creative workshops, and community events. With its prime location on High Holborn and large windows that bathe the space in natural light, it offers a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for your next event. The space is ideal for smaller sized events such as talks, wellness events, meetings, arts and crafts workshops, mixer events, or pop-up stores. It features plenty of sofas and chairs, which can be arranged to suit your needs. While some furniture can be stored away to create additional room, the cafe retains its warm and stylish character with iconic pink couches and a statement neon sign that adds a unique touch to any occasion. We also offer the option to rent our coffee bar, complete with one of our skilled baristas, to elevate your event with freshly brewed coffee and specialty drinks. Whether you're planning a creative gathering or a business meeting, our space is ready to help you make it memorable.

Lincoln's Inn Fields Car Park is a metered street parking space 4 minutes walk away and there is a JustPark parking lot one minute walk away which you can prebook online, hourly or daily.
General Rules
*Coffee Shop Rental House Rules**
1. **Respect the Space:** Please treat our coffee shop with care. Any damage to furniture, equipment, or property will be charged for repairs or replacements.
2. **No Smoking or Vaping:** Our coffee shop is a smoke-free and vape-free environment. Please step outside to smoke.
3. **Food and Beverages:** Outside catering is allowed. We have a Merrychef which can be used and a back room for preparing.
4. **Cleaning:** The space should be left in the condition it was found. All trash must be disposed of in the designated bins.
5. **Noise Level:** Please be mindful of the noise level to ensure a comfortable atmosphere for other guests. Any events or activities that may disrupt normal operations should be cleared with us in advance.
6. **Hours of Use:** The rental period starts and ends at the agreed-upon times. Please be punctual, as we may have other bookings before or after your rental.
7. **Alcohol Policy:** If you plan to serve alcohol, prior approval is required. You must comply with all local laws and obtain any necessary permits.
8. **Safety & Security:** Ensure that all doors are locked when you leave, and equipment is turned off. Any safety concerns must be immediately reported to our team.
9. **Wi-Fi & Technology Use:** Wi-Fi is available for your use, but please respect other customers using the space. Any technical issues should be reported promptly.
10. **Liability & Insurance:** Renters are responsible for their guests and activities. We recommend securing event insurance to cover potential damages or accidents.

We strive to maintain a clean and welcoming space for all our guests. To ensure this, we kindly ask that you leave the space clean and tidy for the next group. This includes wiping down surfaces, disposing of waste, and resetting any furniture that was moved during your event.
If you prefer, we offer a cleaning service for an additional charge. Our professional cleaners will thoroughly clean and sanitize the space after your event, including the coffee bar if it was used. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to include this option in your booking.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
