It also has a refurbished Spartan trailer for a speakeasy-esque vibe. Kitchen Area: catering for private events, or creating a culinary experience as part of a social event (think wine pairing dinners or breakfast clubs). No oven available, only refrigerator and warming stations! Event/Workshop Area: Depending on the layout, part of the space can be cleared to accommodate group workshops, lectures, or fitness activities. Alternatively, it could serve as a stage or presentation area for live performances. Outdoor Space: Pergola Lounges: The built-out pergolas create an ideal backdrop for outdoor seating, allowing guests to lounge while enjoying nature. After each event, the cleaning process includes: Trash Removal: Collect all trash and recycling, ensuring proper disposal in designated bins. Furniture: Wipe down and restore furniture to original arrangement. Floors: Vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop hard floors, addressing any stains. Kitchen: Clean counters, appliances, and sinks; wash dishes and take out trash. Restrooms: Disinfect surfaces, replenish supplies, and mop floors. Outdoor Spaces: Clear trash, clean seating, and sweep patios. Final Inspection: Perform a final walk-through, ensuring the venue is spotless and report any damages.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
