About the Space
Recording studio space with: reception area; one large control room; a second mid-size control room, with adjoining mid-size recording booth; and second one-person isolation booth. The large control room can hold up to 12 people comfortably. After 6pm, there is an outside directory listing, that allows to buzz our suite. You will be buzzed in after ringing the bell from the outside. However, there is always a front-desk receptionist until 9pm Monday through Saturday.

Signage encouraging guests to wash their hands. We believe that everyone should be encouraged to wash their hands as frequently as possible; not just after using the bathroom, but also before eating any food, especially with the fingers. We have ample supplies of hand sanitizer to insure that there is ample hand sanitizer available for every guest for every event.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
