New Black Room Setup (available upon request): This space features a sleek, dark ambiance perfect for moody shoots and podcasts. The tube lights shown in the Black Room photo are not included in the rental and are available as an add-on for an additional fee. The studio itself is modern and minimalistic, with sleek gray walls and contemporary fixtures, including marble countertops and LED lighting accents throughout the living room—offering a dynamic atmosphere adaptable to your creative vision. For added comfort, there is a black mini sofa, futon, and stools available for your convenience.
