Self-Service Studio with Equipment & Private Access Our 700+ sq ft photography and film loft is fully self-service, with basic equipment included in every booking (listed below). You’ll receive a unique access code and detailed entry instructions before your session—no need to coordinate with staff. Commute Conveniently located just steps from the Morgan Ave L Train Station, with free street parking available. Cyc Wall The studio features a 12 ft wide × 14 ft deep cyc wall, providing a seamless backdrop for professional photo shoots, video productions, showroom setups, or private events. Loading, Freight Elevator & Parking Located on the 2nd floor, with a freight elevator available for loading. A loading area is on-site, and temporary parking is allowed during loading—just display your contact info in the windshield and move your vehicle after unloading. Free street parking available. Natural Light & Raised Platform Large east-facing industrial windows flood the studio with natural light throughout the day. With 12-foot ceilings and a clean, open layout, the space is ideal for creative flexibility. A raised platform area doubles as a workspace or lounge, furnished with a dining table and chairs—perfect for client meetings, creative breaks, or behind-the-scenes setups. Makeup, Dressing & Restroom The studio is equipped with a clothing rack, hangers, steamer, and mirrors for easy preparation. A shared all-gender bathroom is also conveniently located right next to the studio. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Pre-Event Inspection Inspect the studio for any pre-existing damages or mess. Document and address them before guests arrive. Basic Cleaning Supplies Stock the studio with essentials: trash bags, disinfectant wipes, mop, vacuum, and air freshener. Daily Cleaning Routine Remove trash and replace liners. Dust surfaces, clean mirrors, and wipe down equipment and furniture. Sweep and mop floors; vacuum carpets if applicable. Post-Event Deep Clean Disinfect high-touch areas like doorknobs, light switches, and tabletops. Wash used linens and sanitize shared props. Check for and address spills, stains, or damages promptly. Regular Maintenance Schedule professional deep cleaning monthly or as needed.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
