Here’s what you can expect: Before Your Event: The space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, including high-touch surfaces like tables, chairs, door handles, and restrooms. Floors are swept, mopped, and vacuumed, and trash bins are emptied to provide a pristine environment for your event. Professional cleaners are brought in to clean and inspect the venue, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness. During Your Event: Our staff monitors the venue to ensure cleanliness is maintained, including restocking restroom supplies and managing trash as needed. Trash bins are available throughout the venue for your convenience. After Your Event: Our team handles post-event cleaning, including sanitizing surfaces, removing trash, and resetting the space for the next use. A $100 cleaning fee applies if food is brought into the venue, covering additional cleaning requirements. Professional cleaners perform a final inspection and deep clean to prepare the space for the next event. Our commitment to cleanliness means you can focus on enjoying your event while we handle the rest. If you have any specific cleaning requests, feel free to let us know in advance!
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
