General Rules

The venue enforces strict rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Professional staff and security are included with venue hire, and their instructions must be followed at all times. The venue practices the responsible service of alcohol, with staff reserving the right to refuse service to intoxicated individuals or those behaving inappropriately. Entry is restricted to guests aged 18 and over—no underage patrons are permitted. Additionally, smoking is not allowed anywhere within the venue.

At the venue, we prioritize cleanliness and hygiene to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests. The cleaning process begins with the removal of any trash, debris, and recyclables from all areas, including the dance floor, seating areas, bars, and restrooms. We then disinfect high-touch surfaces such as tables, chairs, handrails, and door handles. The floors are carefully swept and mopped to remove any dirt or spills, and carpets are vacuumed where necessary. Restrooms are thoroughly cleaned and restocked with soap, toilet paper, and other essentials. We also wipe down sound systems, lighting fixtures, and other equipment to keep them dust-free. Before opening for the next event, the venue is inspected for any maintenance needs to ensure everything is in top condition.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
