***PLEASE READ EVERYTHING THOROUGHLY*** Welcome to our versatile and inviting community clubhouse, nestled in the heart of the vibrant North Hollywood Arts District. Surrounded by trendy restaurants, cafes, and a lively nightlife scene, you'll find plenty to do before or after your event. Whether you're planning a birthday, movie night, photo shoot, or film production, our clubhouse provides the ideal backdrop for your event. ABOUT THE SPACE: Our clubhouse features a spacious lounge area with comfortable couches and accent chairs, perfect for relaxing, co-working or socializing. The space also includes a kitchenette for your convenience, along with private restrooms for added comfort. The kitchenette has plenty of counter space for hosting, a large sink and a microwave but note does not include a refrigerator or oven. For movie lovers and filmmakers, we offer a state-of-the-art screening room featuring 12 plush recliners. This space is versatile and great for: 🎬 Intimate Film screenings & TV premiers, and production and content shoots that require a theater setting 🍿 Movie Nights with friends or date night, powered by Roku - just sign into your favorite streaming services 🏀🥊 Live Sporting Events 🎤 Table reads & rehearsal space 📚 Small classes, workshops, or lectures 👥 Podcast or interview recordings in a unique setting For those screening films: We do have HDMI and Apple TV available to sync and mirror devices. Please schedule an AV test ahead of your booking confirmation to make sure your device is compatible. ***IMPORTANT *** Please notify host immediately if your booking requires syncing a device, screening a film that is not available via streaming, or if you require use of lounge TVs. Not all devices are compatible and we need to know upfront before approval to ensure your booking goes smoothly. SEATING: The lounge area includes plenty of comfortable seating with a blend of couches and chairs that seat about 30 comfortably. The theater seats 12 guests in reclining chairs, additional chairs may be added making 20 seats total. 20+ guests may not fit comfortably however some guests bring blankets and pillows for additional guests. PARKING: Street and metered marking is available. Parking is very limited as this is a residential and commercial area so Rideshare is highly suggested, however, the host will share a map of the area the day before for the closest street and metered parking. Public Transit: The space is easily accessible via public transportation, with bus and metro stops just a short walk away. *If you only require the screening room and not the full lounge, please let us know for a lower rate.
