This is a basement space Thats transformed into a private lounge. Conveniently located on about 2 acres lot with lots of private parking inside the property, the entrance is easily accessible from the parking lot. It’s equipped with a standard bar, sound systems like Microphones, Speakers, DJ Mixers and lightings. It’s basically has everything you need to light up your party or events. It has the main hall space and a VIP with 8 sections that seats about 45 people. This space can be used for meetings or parties depending on what you want. Two Bathrooms are conveniently located by the hallway. There is also a private space for those who want to lodge, with a gym, it has a treadmill, Pool table, workbench, dumbbells, 98 inch Qled TV, a room with private entrance , TV, bathroom & shower. There is also WIFI.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
