Health and Safety Measures

1. General Cleaning Remove all trash and dispose of it properly. Replace trash liners. Vacuum and mop floors to ensure no sand, dirt, or debris remains. Wipe down all surfaces, including tables, countertops, and furniture, with disinfectant. 2. Kitchen Area Clean and sanitize the microwave, fridge, and ice maker. Wash and disinfect all used drinkware, plates, bowls, and utensils. Wipe down kitchen cabinets and handles. Ensure appliances are empty and cleaned, with ice maker refilled if necessary. 3. Bathroom Disinfect toilet seats, sinks, faucets, and mirrors. Replenish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. Mop bathroom floors with a disinfectant solution. 4. Furniture and Upholstery Vacuum and spot-clean chairs, sofas, and cushions. Sanitize high-touch areas like armrests, tables, and remote controls. 5. Electronics Wipe down TVs, remotes, and any electronic equipment with approved cleaning products. 6. Sanitization Checklist Use EPA-approved disinfectants on all high-touch surfaces, including light switches, doorknobs, and appliance handles. Replace any linens, towels, or fabric items with freshly laundered ones.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
