About the Space
We are an event and studio space located in Oak Cliff. We host many different events/parties ranging from birthday parties, baby shower, bridal showers, pop-ups, art galleries, paint and sips, and more. The space fits 65 seated guests comfortably and up to 85 standing. Our space has a bar area to serve refreshments, food, drinks, etc. as well as a prep-kitchen with warmers included. Guests are allowed to bring in outside vendors, food and or alcoholic beverages. Amenities: Parking lot 2 rectangle tables- 6 ft. long 7 round tables- 60" round banquet style tables- 8-10 people per table prep kitchen/bar area 100 chairs Restrooms ADA/ACA Accessible Wireless Internet/Wi-Fi Outside Catering Allowed Rate: $135/hour $40 cleaning fee
