1. Respect the Space – Guests are expected to treat the cafe and its furnishings with care. 2. Noise Levels – Keep noise at a reasonable level to maintain a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. 3. No Outside Food or Drink – Unless previously arranged, all food and beverages must be purchased from the cafe. 4. Be Punctual – Events must start and end within the agreed time to avoid disruptions to other bookings. 5. Setup Time – Arrive no more than 30 minutes early for setup unless agreed upon. 6. Cleanup Responsibility – Leave the space as it was found; any damage or excessive mess may result in additional fees. 7. Decoration Restrictions – No nails, tape, or adhesives that may damage walls or surfaces. 8. Guest Limits – Do not exceed the stated maximum capacity for safety and comfort. 9. Fire Safety – Candles or open flames are not allowed unless approved (e.g., for birthday cakes). 10. Deposit Policy – A deposit is required to secure your booking and will be applied toward the final cost. 11. Cancellation Policy – Cancellations within 48 hours of the event may forfeit the deposit. 12. Additional Charges – Extra fees apply for extended time or additional services. 13. BYOB Policy – Alcohol is allowed only with prior approval and must comply with local laws. 14. No Smoking or Vaping – Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the cafe or on the patio. 15. No Disruptive Behavior – Aggressive or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal. 16. Arrival Time – Vendors and performers must arrive and set up by the agreed time. 17. Sales Policy – Vendors may sell items, but the cafe must approve products in advance. 18. Electrical Usage – Let the staff know if you require electrical outlets for your setup.
