Cleaning Policy for Meeting Spaces: Thank you for choosing our venue for your meeting! To ensure the space remains welcoming and clean for all guests, we kindly ask you to follow our cleaning procedures outlined below. Pre-Meeting Cleanliness: • Our team thoroughly cleans and sanitizes the space before each booking, including: • Tables, chairs, and other furniture • A/V equipment, door handles, and other high-touch surfaces • Bathrooms and common areas • Cleaning supplies, such as disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer, will be available for your use during your reservation. During Your Meeting: • Trash Disposal: Please use the provided trash and recycling bins for all waste. • Spills: Clean up any spills immediately using the cleaning supplies provided to prevent stains or damage. Post-Meeting Responsibilities: We ask that guests leave the space in the same condition as it was provided. Please: 1. Dispose of all trash in the bins provided and bag any waste. 2. Wipe down tables and surfaces with the provided disinfectant wipes. 3. Reset furniture to its original arrangement. 4. Power down and return any A/V equipment to its original state. 5. Check the room for personal belongings before leaving. Additional Cleaning Charges • Additional cleaning fees may apply if the space requires more than standard cleaning due to spills, excessive trash, or neglect of the outlined policies. • If you prefer, you may opt for a cleaning service provided by us for an additional charge. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
