HOUSE RULES - PAKO STAYS GENERAL RULES: • Strict no smoking policy inside the property • No unauthorized guests beyond agreed capacity • No illegal activities • No loud noise after 10 PM (residential area) • No pets without prior approval • No glitter, confetti, or difficult-to-clean decorations • No alterations to walls/fixtures without approval PRODUCTION SPECIFIC: • All equipment must have rubber/protective feet • Power requirements must be discussed in advance • Cable management/taping must use approved materials • All areas must be returned to original configuration • Equipment load-in/out through designated areas only • Walkthrough required before and after production PARKING & LOADING: • Use designated parking areas only • No blocking neighbors' driveways • Production vehicles must be clearly marked • Loading zone times must be strictly observed CLEANING & CARE: • All garbage must be properly disposed of • Furniture must be lifted, not dragged • Spills must be reported and cleaned immediately • All surfaces must be protected during equipment setup • Kitchen must be left as found • Remove all tape marks and residue SAFETY & SECURITY: • Fire exits must remain clear at all times • No blocking of safety equipment • Maximum occupancy limits must be observed • Security system must not be tampered with • Emergency contact numbers are posted by entrance BOOKING & PAYMENT: • Full payment required before access • Security deposit must be paid in advance • Overtime charges apply after scheduled hours • Cancellation policy strictly enforced • Additional cleaning fees may apply DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED: • Valid insurance certificate • Signed location agreement • List of all equipment being brought in • Contact information for key personnel • Permits (if applicable) ADDITIONAL NOTES: • Property representative must be present during setup/breakdown • All accidents/incidents must be reported immediately • Special effects require advance approval • Gaming equipment requires supervision • Catering must be approved in advance Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate termination of use and forfeiture of deposit.
