We prioritize cleanliness and hygiene to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all guests. Our cleaning process is designed to maintain high standards of sanitation throughout the facility, including classrooms, common areas, and shared spaces. Daily Cleaning Routine Classroom Spaces: Desks, chairs, and high-touch surfaces (e.g., door handles, light switches) are disinfected after every use. Floors are vacuumed or mopped daily to ensure a clean learning environment. Breakroom: Countertops, tables, and appliances are wiped down and sanitized regularly. Trash bins are emptied daily, and all surfaces are cleaned to maintain hygiene. Restrooms: Toilets, sinks, mirrors, and counters are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Restrooms are stocked with soap, paper towels, and other essentials daily. Courtyard and Outdoor Areas: Debris is removed, and outdoor seating is wiped down. Post-Event Cleaning After every event or class session: All spaces are reset to their original layout. Surfaces, equipment, and shared materials are disinfected. Trash and recycling are collected and disposed of properly. Deep Cleaning In addition to daily and post-event cleaning, we schedule deep cleanings on a regular basis to address: Carpets and upholstery. Windows and blinds. HVAC filters and vents for optimal air quality. Your Role as a Guest We kindly ask our guests to: Dispose of trash in the provided bins. Return furniture or equipment to its original position if moved. Report any spills or messes that require immediate attention. By following this rigorous cleaning process, we ensure a safe, clean, and professional environment for all who use our space. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
