Cleaning Process: 1. Trash Disposal: Gather all trash and place it in the provided trash bins. Do not leave any items behind. 2. Floors: Sweep and mop the floors to remove any spills, debris, or dirt. 3. Surfaces: Wipe down all used tables, chairs, and countertops with the provided cleaning supplies. 4. Restroom: Ensure the restroom is left tidy, with no trash or mess. 5. Equipment: Return any used items (e.g., tables, chairs, sound system) to their original positions. 6. Decorations: Remove all decorations, ensuring no damage to walls or fixtures. 7. Personal Items: Double-check the space for personal belongings before leaving. 8. Final Walkthrough: Conduct a final walkthrough to ensure the space is returned to its original condition. All cleaning must be completed within the reserved booking time. Additional charges may apply if the space is not cleaned properly.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
