About the Space
The Lab is a uniques multi purpose modern warehouse space. What is the layout of the space and how can different areas be used? It has a front lobby are (30ft x 14ft) that has new carpet, two sofas and two x 75" smart televisions. The studio area is a 30ft x 30ft space with 20ft high ceilings and indoor turf. It is currently used for 1-1 or 1-2 soccer training, but could be used for so much more. What activities work well in your space? Maximum occupancy 20-25 people. - Could be used for yoga, dance, art or fitness classes - Birthday parties - Holiday parties - Gatherings - Meetings What unique features or amenities does your space have? - Two folding tables + chairs - Party lights - Karaoke + 2 mics - Selfie light and stand - Cooler - Hot/Cold water dispenser - Kurieg coffee station - Lockers to store items

The space is cleaned and disinfected regularly. We expect our guests to have respect and leave the space "as good as or better than they found it".
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
