Whether you’re hosting a creative workshop, a small event, a photoshoot, or a meeting, this space has everything you need to bring your ideas to life. Here’s what you can expect: Layout & Functionality: The open layout is designed to be flexible, making it easy to adapt to your needs. The main area is spacious and filled with natural light, ideal for group activities, presentations, or collaborative work. There are also designated zones for different purposes: Main Area: This large, open section can be arranged to suit your event or meeting, with movable furniture for easy reconfiguration. Breakout Area: A cozy corner for smaller group discussions, brainstorming sessions, or casual chats. Creative Corner: Equipped with props, materials, and an inspiring atmosphere, this area is perfect for creative projects or photoshoots. Perfect for: *Workshops, seminars, and conferences *Photoshoots and video productions *Intimate events or small gatherings *Team meetings, brainstorming sessions, or co-working days *Creative classes or group exercises

Cleaning Process: We take cleanliness seriously to ensure that our space is always fresh, comfortable, and ready for your event. Here’s an overview of the cleaning measures we follow: Thorough Cleaning Before Each Booking: Our team carefully cleans and sanitizes the entire space before every booking. This includes wiping down surfaces, sanitizing high-touch areas like door handles, light switches, and countertops, as well as ensuring all furniture and equipment is clean and ready to use. Restrooms: Restrooms are sanitized and stocked with essentials (toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels) before each event. We also ensure the restrooms are cleaned regularly during long events. Common Areas: Common areas such as the kitchen, lounge area, and any other shared spaces are cleaned thoroughly before each event. We vacuum carpets, wipe down furniture, and disinfect any surfaces that will be in use. Post-Event Cleaning: After your event, we ask that guests leave the space in a tidy condition. We provide cleaning supplies (like disinfectant wipes and trash bags) to help you clean up, and we’ll take care of the rest to ensure the space is ready for the next guest. Sanitization Protocols: We follow updated cleaning and sanitization guidelines to ensure your safety, especially in high-contact areas. We use disinfectants that are effective against viruses and bacteria, and we give special attention to areas like seating, light switches, and shared equipment. We want you to feel comfortable and confident in the cleanliness of our space. If you need anything specific or have any concerns during your time here, just let us know—we're happy to help!

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
