About the Space
Do you need a location for your fitness classes? Are you ready to market you book with a book signing event? Gender reveal? Small gathering? Repass? We got the perfect space with parking, elevator, stereo system, and tv for a presentation. Our fitness studio provides 1200 square feet and boasts top-quality laminate flooring. to support all of your needs.

We have plenty of parking on the parking lot.
General Rules
- No smoking, vaping, ecigs, not juuling allowed
- Outside catering is allowed
- No stain causing drinks
- No alcohol allowed
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
For security measures we have cameras outside to record activity and inside in the open spaces.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All areas to include the restrooms are disinfected and cleaned between every use.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
