About the Space
Welcome to our charming 1930s farmhouse in the forest! Whether you're looking to capture Ralph Lauren-style photography in the front yard, family photos in the backyard, or wholesome, romantic, Nancy-Meyers inspired content inside, you have plenty of options here. The entire first floor is available, including a brightly lit kitchen, separate dining room, living/sitting room with a fireplace, and 3-season "pool porch" that boasts checkered floors. All rooms contain multiple windows, so there will be plenty of natural light.

Parking description
There is a long driveway with two entrances/exits. Please pull in either entrance and park on the side so that others may get through. The driveway could fit approximately 8 cars pulled to the side.

Lighting description
Each room in the house has windows. The home is east facing, so light is ample during bright days, and still present during cloudy days, though you may want reflectors or your own set-up if moody isn't your goal.

This home is not sound proof. Most noise comes from the street outside, the home itself is fairly quiet.

Please remove shoes at the door. If shoes are included in your wardrobe, please wipe them off before walking around the house.

You may move things like artwork, decor, and furniture as long as they are put back in place after your shoot.
Please pick up any garbage from your shoot and place in trash bin inside kitchen or outside by the garage.

Health and Safety Measures
All rooms will be cleaned prior to and after your booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
