At Arcademy, we prioritize cleanliness and hygiene to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. After every event, our team thoroughly cleans and sanitizes the venue, including: Arcade Games and Equipment: Wiped down and disinfected to maintain cleanliness. Tables and Chairs: Cleaned and sanitized after use. Bathrooms: Thoroughly cleaned and restocked. Floors and Surfaces: Swept, mopped, and sanitized. Trash Removal: All trash is collected and disposed of properly after each event. We take pride in maintaining a spotless venue to create a welcoming environment for every guest.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
