This space is available for events, retreats, and corporate off-sites, no parties or weddings. Outside catering is allowed. No loud music please. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. Several pieces are original and antique, we ask you take great care of everything that is in the house. Quiet hours after 8pm. No loud music as this is a retreat environment and we respect our neighbors’ serenity. Please, no parties. Please note: our landscaper comes on Tuesdays, generally between 10-12 to provide yard maintenance. Our pool service technician comes on Fridays. Please allow them access to the property to keep our backyard and pool in healthy condition. - Renter is responsible for returning the house to how it was found - All booking start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. - Accidents do happen! Please notify us if there is damage to the space or anything in it. We want to be sure we can address it before our next rental. - Please be respectful of our space, plants, artwork, and furnishings.
