About the Space
This is a room for rent that is located in my furniture retail shop. It is approximately 300sq feet area that could be used as a dance classroom. A space for hosting workshops, or small gathering such as a book club meeting. It can comfortably accommodate three long tables. The counters are movable to any configuration, there are long bench that can stay in the space or be moved out. Room will be blocked off to the rest of the shop during the shop hours for privacy with a curtain or benches as of now until we install separation doors. Guest will have to enter the space through the front door of the retail shop. During shop hours guest can feel free to roam and shop. Booking guest must be okay with host entering the room to access the restroom or go upstairs.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
