Located on the ninth floor of a production-friendly building in West Soho, this venue offers 7,500 sq. ft. of adaptable space across four studios: A, B, C, and D. The studios can be booked individually or together, making the space suitable for a variety of shoots, showrooms, meetings, and events. The space features 12.5-foot ceilings, 24,000 watts of power, and ample natural light from North, East, and West exposures. It includes top-tier furniture, an extensive list of complimentary photoshoot equipment and production supplies, and is ADA-accessible. Building amenities include an oversized freight elevator, a service elevator, a loading dock, and two passenger elevators—all of which have direct access to the space, making loading in/out a breeze. Please inquire. _ DISCLAIMERS Please note the pricing you see on Peerspace is not final as it doesn't include our studio manager fee, and that the prices are for studio A or D, not the full floor. We rent our spaces for 4 categories: meetings, productions, events, and showrooms. Each category has different minimum hours, pricing, cleaning fees, etc. We always charge three mandatory standard fees: space rental, cleaning, and studio manager. Peerspace then charges around 9.5% in processing fees. Depending on the number of people on-site, we might need more of our professionally trained studio managers on-site to make sure the booking goes smoothly. Please consult us for a quote specific to your booking needs. Occasionally, other fees may apply depending on your needs, such as a special trash pick-up fee, early delivery fee, late pick-up fee, freight fees outside business hours, additional site visit fees, art removal fee, furniture moving fee (for special pieces), etc. All additional fees will be discussed with you as needed. CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE COI is mandatory for all bookings. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

In the wake of COVID-19, we have focused on creating safe work environments for our clients and our team. In doing so, we’ve ensured that all spaces we offer are well ventilated and we have adjusted our procedures to follow both CDC and local government regulations. We now require everyone to wear a mask and gloves when on-site along with many other safety policies and guidelines. We can offer video tours to minimize the need for scouting locations in person and we are also providing additional sanitation measures before and after every reservation including a 24-hour window between bookings in order to guarantee best health and safety practices. In addition to our in-house cleaning team, we’ve partnered with three professional cleaning and sanitization companies (NextCleaners, Cleaning Studio, and Lazy Susan’s Cleaning Service) to offer you a discounted rate for their services if you prefer a third-party specialized deep clean before, during, and/or after your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
