About the Space
This studio is the long-time home to an LA rock and roll band. You can be as loud as you want here 24/7. It is available as a rehearsal and recording space or for photo/video shoots. We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rates Full access to backline including drums, amps, PA and mics available for use. Storage space also available to long term guests.

It's a gritty music looking studio but we vacuum and Lysol. Bathrooms easy to find and access, are unlocked and well kept by the building staff.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
