The old architecture, and unique but trendy decor, combine with the amazing natural light to make our home the perfect place for photoshoots, commercials, and filming of any kind. Do you need a trendy modern kitchen to film a cooking episode or commercial? Do you need a uniquely curated home office or a bright and playful children's room? We even have a home gym for a workout video, a drum kit for a music video, and a large projector screen that would be perfect for a video game or VR ad. Our home and gorgeous neighborhood would make the perfect setting for a film looking for a well-loved and love filled, lived in family home.

Health and Safety Measures
Professional cleaners come every other week, and more if needed in between bookings. A $150 cleaning fee will be added between shoots depending on the type. Guests are responsible for enforcing their own health and safety guidelines.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
