Parking description
Plenty of parking in the driveway and on the road at the house.
General Rules
* Pets of any kind are NOT allowed. A $500 fine will be applied for any violations of this rule.
* No events or parties.
* Smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes are not allowed anywhere on the property (including outside).
* No glass in or near the hot tub.
* No open, wood burning fires are allowed but you’re encouraged to use the propane fire pit on the patio and the fireplace inside.
* Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
* No shooting firearms.
* No operating ATVs or unlicensed vehicles on the property or any of the county roads.
* Please keep the garage closed so no unwelcome vistors, aka wildlife, decide to make themselves at home.
* Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We have a professional cleaning team that cleans the entire house after every booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
