Our DTLA studio is a unique, raw space that was intentionally designed to maximize form and function yet be flexible enough to fit the demanding needs of any type of project or event. Ideal for artists, filmmakers, brand product launches, and album release parties this versatile venue serves as a blank canvas where you can bring your vision to life. Here to help - We also have a multi-disciplinary team at your service (completely optional) to fully realize your brand and ideas. We offer a range of creative services from event concept and fabrication, to PR and marketing to help amplify your event's reach. We understand the importance of creating an immersive experience, which is why we also provide custom branding solutions, including eye-catching window decals and unique brand or art installations. To make your event truly unforgettable, we’ve teamed up with the city’s top photographers, videographers, florist, bartenders and catering services to further enhance the ambiance and designed to complement your event's theme, ensuring your guests walk away with a memorable experience. Plus, we offer a la carte equipment rentals—including sound systems, lighting, furniture, and expendables —giving you the flexibility to create the perfect setting. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
