About the Space
Conference Room in a 2 Story 1888 Victorian Farmhouse that is unforgettable. Renovated in 2021, we have commercial suites for daily rental, a meeting room and kitchenette for snacks. Original flooring, hearth and wavy glass windows make this unique space a memorable and comfortable place for your clients, events and classes. Located in historical Longwood near I-4, 17/92, and Ronald Reagan. Very easy to get to!

General Rules
Damage to building, equipment or property is strictly prohibited.
Smoking inside the facility is strictly prohibited.
Throwing of rice is strictly prohibited.
Use of tape, tacks, staples or nails on walls or furniture is prohibited.
Use of confetti or glitter inside or outside is prohibited.
Use of sparklers inside or outside is prohibited.
Excessive cleaning is prohibited.
Entering rental rooms prior to time specified on contract is prohibited.
Do not exceed approved maximum room capacities.
Do not use rooms that are not specified in contract.
Failure to vacate the facility at time specified on contract will be charged at a time and a half rate.
Remove all personal items from the building (no storage allowed).
Misrepresentation of the organization or type of event is prohibited.
Alcohol sales prohibited.
Loud music/horseplay prohibited.
All ages are allowed in the space
No moving furniture and decorations
No smoke machines allowed
No nudity allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
Security cameras recording color video and audio are located on the outside of the building and in the interior public spaces of the building for protection. They are on 24/7. We are on the National Historic Registry and have an interest in keeping clientele safe as well as the historic building.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

We have cleaning on staff to provide you with a comfortable and clean space.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
