Thorough Cleaning Before Your Event • Our team ensures that the space is fully cleaned, sanitized, and prepared before every event or production. • Floors, surfaces, restrooms, and high-touch areas are meticulously disinfected. • Outdoor spaces, including seating areas and pathways, are tidied and cleared for a fresh presentation. 2. Post-Event Cleanup Services • While we ask guests to remove their belongings and decor, we take care of general cleaning after your event. This includes: • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. • Restroom cleaning and sanitation. • Trash removal and disposal. 3. Sustainability Practices • We use eco-friendly cleaning products wherever possible to minimize environmental impact. • Guests are encouraged to sort recyclables and compostable waste into the designated bins provided. 4. Additional Cleaning Options • Need extra help with cleanup? Ask about our add-on services, including post-event deep cleaning or trash removal, for a worry-free experience. Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for all our guests while maintaining the beauty of our property. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
