Looking for a productive meeting space? The Koi Board Room, on the 2nd floor of our extension building, offers a versatile environment for up to 10 people. Whether you're meeting in person, connecting virtually, or a combination of both, this room has you covered. Features include fast fiber Wi-Fi, a TV with camera for seamless video conferencing, and a whiteboard for brainstorming sessions. Enjoy easy access to a coffee/tea station just outside the door. The Koi Board Room is ideal for interviews, meetings, and collaborative projects. This room is on the 2nd floor with no access to an elevator.

We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our locations to protect our employees, members and guests. These include: Cleaning shared surfaces regularly with disinfectant. Providing hand sanitizer. Asking our members and guests to help sanitize common surfaces that you have used.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
