About the Space
Manor Mill is a pre-revolutionary grist mill with 3 floors of fine art, a timber-frame barn that operates as a performance space that seats 75 people, a separate barn for woodworking and welding activities, a faerie trail around the property and a small lawn by the river. The space is used for a huge array of activities: for small classes of a few people, photo shoots, large celebrations, and retreats.

There is parking on site for about 35 cars, and then overflow parking available on an adjacent property.
General Rules
No smoking on the premises. Outside catering is allowed. Any amplified music must be done by 10:00 PM.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There 6 exterior cameras and 6 interior cameras which are running continuously as the space operates as a fine arts gallery and has a small retail store. There are no cameras in bathrooms or private studios.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

The space is professionally cleaned on a regular schedule.
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
