• Empty trash bins and replace liners.
• Restock essentials like paper towels, soap, and grilling tools.
3. Patio & Flooring
• Sweep and hose down the pavers to remove dirt and dust.
• Spot-clean any spills or stains on the flooring.
4. Outdoor Furniture & Décor
• Wipe down tables, chairs, and loungers with disinfectant.
• Fluff and inspect outdoor cushions for stains or damage.
• Arrange furniture neatly as per listing photos.
5. Landscaping & Plants
• Trim any overgrown plants for a tidy appearance.
• Water potted plants as needed.
• Remove fallen leaves or branches.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
