Hey there, welcome! Indigo + Spruce Studio is a 1700 sq ft natural light space (1000 sq ft main level and 700 between the loft and back room) with high vaulted ceilings making it perfect for photography, videography, small events, meetings, yoga, and more. Small events are welcome as well, please inquire to discuss details. The studio offers a wide variety of color and texture from the building alone. The interior of the studio has two exposed brick walls with large squared paned windows, as well as two white walls (one being the entrance wall that has a unique metal frame + frosted glass slider). The space is furnished with many props to use within your session. All furniture & props (aside from the large anthropology mirror) can be moved during your meeting or small event as long as they are placed back where they were when you arrived. The studio props are always rotating and growing with the space! My ideas never stop flowing. Please reach out ahead of time if you are hoping to see a specific prop in the studio. The windows are North and Northeast facing. The front foyer area is set up for you to use as a holding space while you're in the studio. You will find a clothing rack, desk with small useful items, mini fridge stocked with cold water and a bluetooth speaker up front, as well as benches to use for holding personal items. There is also a back room under the stairs that is set up as a changing room for your convenience! This space is great for makeup artists to set up as well. There are large windows in this room that provide good lighting. There is a bathroom accessible with a given code to be used during your rental. The bathroom is shared with other tenants of the building and is located just outside the studio door. The building is located next to the train tracks so there will occasionally be a train that goes by but they usually only last a few minutes at most — unfortunately I can’t guarantee how many (if any) will go by during your shoot.
