About the Space: - Fully enclosed with a 6-ft perimeter fence for privacy and exclusivity - Lush natural green grass covering the entire lot - Striking mural by Puerto Rican artist Andres Cortes, known for painting the iconic "La Perla" bowl. - A large strangler fig tree at the center, adding a natural focal point and shade - Clusia plants lining the interior perimeter, creating a private and inviting atmosphere - Two rolling gates for easy access (one 13 ft and one 12 ft) Located in the up-and-coming Allapattah neighborhood, just minutes from Wynwood and the Health District, this space offers a raw yet curated environment for those looking to create immersive experiences. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines during and after your session: Leave the Space as You Found It: At the end of your session, kindly return any furniture or props to their original positions. Ensure all equipment is turned off, and no personal belongings are left behind. Dispose of Trash: Please place all trash in the bins provided, and use the recycling bin where appropriate. If food or drinks are brought into the studio, make sure to clean up after. No Excessive Mess: If your production involves activities that might create a significant mess (e.g., glitter, confetti, or liquids), please let us know in advance. An additional cleaning fee may apply in such cases.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
