General Rules
King Tut Lounge Venue Rental Rules
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the following guidelines when renting our venue:
• No smoking marijuana inside the building – Only hookah is allowed.
• Outside catering is permitted, allowing you to bring in your preferred food vendors.
• No alcohol service after 2 AM in compliance with local regulations.
• All rentals must adhere to venue capacity limits and safety guidelines.
• Any damages to the venue or equipment will be the renter’s responsibility.
• A deposit is required to secure your booking, and full payment must be made before the event.
Failure to follow these rules may result in additional fees or termination of the event.

Security cameras and recording devices
At King Tut Lounge, your safety is our top priority. Our venue is equipped with high-quality security cameras strategically placed throughout the space, including entry and exit points, the main lounge, VIP sections, bar and service areas, as well as outdoor and parking areas. This ensures a secure and enjoyable experience for all guests from arrival to departure. While we prioritize security, we also respect privacy—cameras are never placed in private areas such as restrooms. Enjoy the best vibes in the city with peace of mind, knowing that King Tut Lounge is committed to providing a safe and welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

At King Tut Lounge, we prioritize the health and safety of our guests by maintaining strict cleaning and sanitation protocols that meet CDC standards. Our team ensures the venue is regularly disinfected, with high-touch areas sanitized frequently throughout the night.
We provide hand sanitizer for guests and staff, ensure hookah equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use, and conduct deep cleaning before and after events. Our team follows proper hygiene practices to create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
Your safety is our priority!
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
