Our 'Event' listing reflects a 4hr minimum rental (2hr event/program, 1hr set-up, 1hr tear-down). Please note and reflect the 2hr set-up + tear-down requirements for longer events/program rental, i.e. for a 7pm-10pm birthday party, rental minimum would be 5 hrs. Event Rentals extending beyond 1:00am (event program ending anytime after 12:00am Midnight- includes minimum tear-down requirements) are subject to an additional $50/hr overtime management fee for each hour after Midnight. The Loomhouse is located near the old train depot in Cincinnati's historic Northside neighborhood. Minutes from downtown, the University of Cincinnati, Northside Metro Bus Transit Center, and Interstate I-75, our building is centrally located, easy to get to, and is surrounded by great local shops, restaurants, and cultural establishments. Multiple spaces available within the building, of varied sizes and accommodations. First Floor is fully ADA-accessible via ramp entrance. Second and Third floors accessible by stairs only.

Rooms are cleaned by a contracted team regularly, with additional special/deep cleanings as necessary after large gatherings and other events.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
