Includes acoustic & electric guitars, amps, bass, Prophet-6 Synth, Apollo Twin interface, Focal studio monitors, etc. TV, internet enabled. Audigo wireless microphones for live recordings! Back yard: beautifully landscaped yard, perfect backdrop for content creation/BTS filming of the session. seamless indoor/outdoor flow of the venue. Fire pit, BBQ, outdoor seating included. Add on - Vocal recording/mixing: Manley microphone, Focusrite ISA 1 Pre amplifier, all necessary plugins and recording components. The LINDA studios, a place to create, film, and complete your musical projects. All within the friendly home environment.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
