About the Space
Stunning 2300 SF space features a 50 foot skylight, original casement windows, hardwood floors, and a full kitchen. Tailored for creators working on photoshoots, film shoots, interviews, content creation and other creative projects. The space is also ideal for pop-ups, brand awareness, new product launches and smaller gatherings. The floor plan is completely open with no demising walls. It is one of the rare and charming retail storefronts in Denver. Built in 1926, it has tons of character and charm. We have a loading area in the back and 2 restrooms.

Lighting description
Large set of windows in the front and back of store. 50 foot skylight runs down the middle of the space. There is additional lighting throughout. Generally 10-2 pm is the brightest time of day.

We can address this on a case by case basis as furniture and art is always shifting in the store.

Security cameras and recording devices
7 google nest cams: 6 upstairs, 1 downstairs. They are left on 24/7 as we are a retail space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Because we are an operating retail store that hosts events, we clean regularly.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
