About the Space
Hidden in plain sight along the shops of Armitage Ave is a private clubhouse exclusively for members. However during the day, the private dining room is available for rent for meetings, client presentations, team off-sites, and other co-working needs. The room is accentuated by a huge 10 foot barn door entry that opens up to a 14 person dining room table. The room is flooded with light from glass block window that offers total privacy but lots of sunshine. A/V equipment available by request. Bookings that involve food and beverage will be considered an event. Same rental rate but cleaning fee may apply.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
