The high ceilings invite openness, creating the perfect ambiance for your shoots. Music Recording: 256 sq ft recording studio with state of the art equipment for a full production sessions for recordings, instrumentals, podcasting. Art Sessions: 300 sq ft floor plan Painting classes, sculpture workshops, mixed media projects.

Total wipe down of all equipment after use and after each sessions. If any other customer request for a safe environment can be discussed prior to arrival. We would like to provide the safest atmosphere where all our clients are safe according to standards.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
