Important: We require a rental agreement, copy of government issued ID and a $500 security hold on your credit card which is released 7 days after check out if the home is left without incidence. This is required for the release of door codes. A maximum of 1 dog is welcome with an added pet fee at dog friendly properties. Please let us know the breed and weight when inquiring about a pet. We have the right to refuse dogs younger than 1 year and certain breeds. THERE IS A $500 FINE FOR ANY PETS ON THE PROPERTY WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION. There is no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a fine of $500. There are no parties or events allowed. Please take note of local town ordinance to keep noise down to a minimum between the hours of 9pm and 8am. Please be aware that violating this rule may lead to immediate termination of your stay and additional fees. Use of amenities implies acceptance of associated risks. Example: Swimming Pool, Grill, (Ensure to open grill cover before lighting and shut off propane after use). We require our guests to be 25 years or older to rent a home. The downstairs apartment contains a full sized bed and full bathroom. This is the perfect option for guests who want a little extra space to themselves. For guests 11&12, there are two rollaway beds in the main house. Our villa is situated in the historic Old Northwood neighborhood, which boasts 320 historic homes. The area has implemented enhanced security measures, including cameras at nearly every corner and license plate readers at entry points.
