Parking description
30 cars can fit, and the street parking is seamless and very open for all to parking.
The nearby parking lot is located to both the right and left of the building.
General Rules
No smoking in the building
Do not touch any equipment in gym
If alcohol is served a licensed TABC must be present (No alcohol on the turf)
No BYOB is permitted
A $150 vendor fee will be requested upon recommended or outside vendors.
A non-refundable deposit of $300 is due the day customer signs the contract.
The remaining fee of $700 need to be paid a week prior of the event.
After the event concludes, please take all trash to the nearby dumpster. Trash Bags will be given upon arrival.
All ages are allowed in the space

3 security cameras are installed in the warehouse (e.g. front lobby, left and right corner of warehouse)
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Guests are required to clean and take out the trash after the event has ended. We will provide trash bags to put inside the trash cans.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
