1. Booking & Usage - The space may only be used for its intended purpose as agreed upon in the booking. Unauthorized activities, including illegal business operations, are strictly prohibited. - Subleasing or transferring the booking to another party without written consent is not allowed. 2. Access & Security - Guests must not exceed the agreed-upon capacity. Additional guests may be subject to extra fees or termination of the rental. - Entry is only permitted during the reserved time. Overtime will be charged at the posted hourly rate. - Guests must not tamper with or modify network infrastructure, electrical systems, or server rack configurations. 3. Property & Equipment - All furniture, fixtures, and equipment must be used responsibly. Any damage to property will result in repair or replacement costs charged to the guest. - Guests are responsible for ensuring that any equipment they bring does not overload the power supply or cause interference with existing network infrastructure. - No unauthorized wiring, cabling, or structural modifications are permitted. 4. Prohibited Activities - No hazardous materials, illegal substances, or firearms are allowed. - Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or activities that may disturb neighboring tenants are prohibited. - No illegal downloads, hacking, or unauthorized network usage on the provided internet connection. 5. Cleaning & Maintenance - Guests must leave the space in the same condition as they found it. Trash must be properly disposed of in designated bins. - A cleaning fee may be charged for excessive mess or failure to restore the space to its original condition. 6. Liability & Indemnification - The host is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Guests assume all liability for their own belongings. - The guest shall indemnify and hold the host harmless from any claims, damages, or injuries occurring within the space during their rental period.
