About The Serra House
A newly built residence amidst 5 open acreage of high desert landscape, the property embraces its natural surroundings. The feel is remote yet modern within a cozy footprint featuring oversized picture windows for maximized views with natural stone & hand-crafted hardwood accents playing into an aesthetic of sophisticated, organic charm. Various outdoor lounging areas offer soaking up sunshine in sun-kissed bliss or kicking back on breezy shaded patios. The desert-view soaking tub is a perfect setting for unwinding & relaxing. Dark skies at night offer optimal conditions for some of the best stargazing in the world right from our on-site camp deck. Natural light within the location is from sunrise to sunset with large oversized windows facing both East and West. The house is surrounded by apx 30 acres of open desert landscape with no other buildings in a close proximity. Booking guests have access to the entire property with the exception of the utility room, which is to remain locked. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
