Large driveway for parking as well as street parking.

General Rules

No smoking or vaping on the property. No alcohol. No nudity. No sexual conduct. All ages are welcome. Pool on property is not fenced. Animals allowed with special permission. Must ask before.

We have a ring doorbell camera at the front door. As well as one camera in the front and one in the garage.

Cleaning Procedures and Hygiene Standards We prioritize cleanliness and hygiene to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all productions. Our team thoroughly cleans the property before and after each booking, with a focus on high-touch surfaces and commonly used areas. We also provide a deep cleaning service between bookings to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness. If additional cleaning or specific requests are needed during your rental period, please let us know, and we will be happy to accommodate.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
