We take cleanliness and hygiene seriously to ensure a safe, comfortable, and professional environment for all our guests. Our conference room is cleaned and sanitized before and after every booking, following strict protocols to maintain the highest standards. Our Cleaning Process Includes: - Surface Disinfection – Tables, chairs, door handles, and high-touch areas are thoroughly sanitized with hospital-grade disinfectants. - Tech & Equipment Sanitization – All AV equipment, remote controls, and shared devices are wiped down after each use. - Furniture & Space Reset – Chairs and tables are properly arranged to ensure a tidy, organized setup for your meeting. - Air Quality & Ventilation – We regularly air out the room and use air purifiers to maintain fresh, clean air. - Trash Removal – All bins are emptied, and the space is inspected for cleanliness before the next guest arrives.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
