There is some parking onsite depending on the time of day. In addition, there is parking at the NE corner of the intersections just 3 bldgs North and that is a grocery shopping center with nice restaurants at the corner. Our street is a well known Food/Entertainment corridor. After 5:15pm there is more onsite parking all free. Most of the time, it is not an issue, you will be able to park onsite, just tell your attendees the best offsite in case it gets full during a certain key time.

We have one wall of natural light behind the seating We also have overhead left/right lights that can be adjusted by the arm that have warm to cool clear lighting And there are also room lights overhead

No space has soundproofing, we are engineered for sound deadening which is really the term that most people don't know. You can tell when you are in the room it is definitely quiet. There is occasional A/C sound that can be edited out quite easily in post production. Without it the room would get warm under the lighting. Be sure to use the On Air sign we have too.

Stairs

It is located on the 2nd floor a dolly for equipment is a good idea and we have the outdoor stairs after hours and indoor stairs during regular business hours Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. The parking is very close to the building and we have a ramp outside to access the sidewalk, all concrete in great condition.

There are bathrooms close by for changing and prep with a larger stall for changes and mirrors. There is also a nice kitchen area directly across from the podcast studio. We ask that all food/bev/supplies NOT be used by renters. We do allow usage of the right refrigerator for storing your own items. And anyone waiting is welcome to sit and eat at the high table in that kitchen area. It has a microwave and sink you can also use, just clean up before you leave.

Other rooms can be negotiated but generally they are not part of the podcast studio usage. We do have a separate Event room listed for a separate fee and some clients do their podcast live events in there. That is separately paid and reserved. Our community manager can let you know other options, so feel free to message them here.

We have a smart building with security access locked the community manager would be the person to access, so discuss your needs with them well in advance please. We have 3 standard 110V outlets with power strips on one. More can be added, plan ahead for that. The curcuit breaker can only be access by our community manager, again make arrangements for that. It is likely unnecessary to do so as the studio is self contained.

No smoking in the building Outside catering is allowed No alcohol allowed, unless pre-approved with a COI (certificate of insurance) from a bartender service. Any failure of alcohol rules will be the SOLE legal responsibility of the renter of the space and not the venue or Comm Mgr. -Desks, Offices and other conference rooms, Event space or studio are not part of this rental, please educate your attendees that these areas are not to be used -We ask that all trash be taken in the red rolling bin (nearby) to our dumpster just outback/easy -Please don't flush items other than toilet paper, use stall trash or other bins -No printing is allowed, a last minute item can be helped if small, large print jobs not allowed, we can refer you to the Fedex/Kinkos shop nearby for that -Don't take items from the cafe fridge, these are for our tenants -Put rinsed dishes in dishwasher, not in our sink -Office supplies are for tenants only, there is an organizer of basic items in the room -No taping/markers or writing on papers on our painted walls, there are white boards for that and you can bring in boards, 1 easel available upon request, no sharpies on table -Make arrangements giving contact info of your onsite point person to the Comm Mgr and text upon arrival after hours and when you are the last to leave. -Shut TV and return chairs to the table for the next guest arrival -Be sure all your guests have left before you leave the property, they can pay to stay and work just make arrangements for a partial coworking day. We make some exceptions for out of town clients that are travelling and need to wait for Uber/Flight, etc. Please plan that with CM -Inform our CM about your usage, they can enhance your stay or make exceptions as needed

The furniture from the set includes: Couch that seats 2-3 comfortably and two oversided side chairs. 4 microphones are set up for that seating. You can move a couch or chair into the hallway or in the kitchen but we ask you return the furniture (carefully) to the setup with the mics: one for each chair and the couch has a mic on each side. They are a dove gray color and chenile upholstered so they add to the sound deadening too and they photograph well and are very comfortable.
